2.1 Consultation Booking: Clients may book consultations through our website, email, or WhatsApp. Consultations can be in-person or virtual.

2.2 Consultation Fees: Initial consultations are complimentary unless specified otherwise. Fees for in-depth consultations or fittings will be communicated in advance.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

 

3. Orders and Customization

3.1 Order Process: Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, email, or during consultations. Once an order is placed, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the order specifications.

3.2 Customization: All items are bespoke or made-to-measure. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements or attending fittings as requested. Dhuke Collectibles is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

3.3 Order Changes: Any changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation. Changes after this period may incur additional costs and could delay delivery timelines.

3.4 Production Time: The standard production time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the order. Clients will be informed of the estimated timeline during consultation.

 

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and secure online payment platforms. All payments must be completed before production begins.

4.2 Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.

4.3 Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe will result in the cancellation of the order, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4.4 Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Locations: Dhuke Collectibles ships worldwide. Shipping fees vary based on location and will be communicated during the order process.

5.2 Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and method. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided once the order is completed.

5.3 Tracking: Clients will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

5.5 Loss or Damage: Dhuke Collectibles is not liable for loss or damage during shipping. However, we will assist clients in filing claims with the shipping provider.

6.1 Return Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Each item is made to the client's specifications, and all sales are final.

6.2 Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of production errors that cannot be resolved. Clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order.

6.3 Alterations: If adjustments are required, we offer one free alteration within 14 days of delivery. Clients must provide clear feedback to facilitate the alteration process.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
